Arugula & Graviera Salad
- 1 bunch of rocket
- 10 cherry tomatoes
- Graviera Naxos PDO Pittaras (12 months mattured)
- Olive oil
- Balsamic vinegar cream
Cut the arugula salad and add the cherry tomatoes cut in half. With a scraper (the kind we use for potatoes) we scratch the Naxos Graviera PDO 12 month, as many peels as neede and place them over the salad, pour a little olive oil and finish with the balsamic cream.
